To whom it may concern, Our firm has recently had the pleasure of working with Grand Valley Roofing and Coatings lnc. to re-roof 2 buildings at 3375 North Service Rd., Burlington over a 2-year period - combined over 12O,OO0 sq. ft. installing a new 4 ply built up roof system. They completed the work on time, on budget and with minimal disruption to our tenants. Their workmanship was above average and the site was left in a satisfactory condition - with no damage upon completion. All reports from site were that the workers represented themselves professionally and worked in safe manner throughout the entire project. “We hired this company for a complete roof replacement. We had some difficulties with communication from the company, and the uncooperative weather delayed the installation for a while, which caused even more issues. After finally nailing down an installation date, our roof was installed. It looks great, and seems to be holding up well after all the storms we have had this year! The installers did do a bit of damage to our plants, and could have cleaned up better, but all in all we are happy with how it turned out, and would definitely recommend :)”

Just wanted to say I love my roof. I know probably most people don’t get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic also. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they hadn't been there when I got home from work, I would never have known they were there......except for the red roof.
