We often face questions about roofs, replacement costs, etc. and because we have personally used Grand Valley Roofing and Coatings Inc, we feel confident in referring them to our friends and clients. Their attention to detail both in the written estimate and in cleaning up the job site was impressive. The work crew was polite and hard-working…. Even though the temperature was well over 90 degrees the day they did our roof. Our roof entailed preparing for a solar installation using traditional asphalt shingles and ice guard and then also a rather large membrane roof replacement on the apartment section of the home. Both jobs were done well and have been no problem for over six years now.

We had some difficulties with communication from the company, and the uncooperative weather delayed the installation for a while, which caused even more issues. After finally nailing down an installation date, our roof was installed. It looks great, and seems to be holding up well after all the storms we have had this year! The installers did do a bit of damage to our plants, and could have cleaned up better, but all in all we are happy with how it turned out, and would definitely recommend :)”

Just wanted to say I love my roof. I know probably most people don’t get excited about a roof, but being in decorating its always nice to see some colour. My neighbours have come over and commented on how fantastic the red is. Really sets off the house. The men doing the roof were fantastic also. Very polite, personable and I loved not having any nails or garbage around. If they hadn't been there when I got home from work, I would never have known they were there......except for the red roof.
